ABOUT US

 Southern Sudanese Voice for Freedom, a non-profit, advocacy group, promotes the establishment of a democratic and peaceful Sudan by influencing U.S. policy, educating the Diaspora, and coordinating the activities of civil society groups.

OBJECTIVES

- Monitor legislation and State Department policy regarding Sudan.

- Raise the consciousness of the southern Sudanese in the Diaspora and at home to unite and lay a foundation for rebuilding the nation and securing peaceful coexistence.

- Track and report on current developments in Sudan with special emphasis on the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) and the Darfur crisis.

- Coordinate with donors and international/internal organizations to plan development projects in Sudan and to avoid replication.
